How often should gutters be cleaned?

Do you flush the downspouts?
When water is available at the house, we flush the gutters and downspouts; if it isn't, we do a dry cleaning instead, when possible. Anything that needs repair or our help is reported to you.
What if my gutters clog again after the cleaning?
Gutter cleaning has a 30-day warranty (21 days in the fall season). Clogs or blockages in gutters and downspouts are fixed at no charge within the warranty period. New debris from weather or the environment is not covered. See warranty terms
