Siding soft wash in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania

No. We use low pressure only. High pressure can force water behind siding, so we don't use it on siding.

A low-pressure soft wash uses a cleaning solution to remove algae, mildew and dirt from vinyl, brick, stucco, aluminum and wood/cedar siding. All exterior siding and the outside face of the gutters are included. A basic rinse of the windows is included. It can leave water spots; add exterior window cleaning for a full clean. Wood and cedar siding get a wood conditioner afterwards, included in the price. This is why wood and cedar cost more to clean.

Rust, soot, grease and other man-made stains, and oxidation (chalky white powder), aren't removed. Oxidation can look more noticeable after a wash. Weep-hole stains can appear after a wash. They are temporary and washable; if they are heavy, our crew comes back for a rinse.

An outside water faucet with steady pressure (we can't use pool or pond water). Exterior electrical outlets switched off. Windows and doors closed tightly, and pets kept inside. Delicate plants: tell our crew beforehand and, if you can, move potted plants away from the house. Point out any known damage before we start.
